Trying to put together a focused "Vampire Tribal" deck that wants to enlist a quick army of small vampires then pump itself up with a bunch of support vampires. Still trying to keep it somewhat budget friendly without sacrificing strength. The low curve aims to take advantage of Markov's Emminence trigger and there's a little but of creature based life gain to make up for the lack of defense.
