Any comments and improvements welcome! This list is a budget upgrade to the Commander 2017 Vampire Deck. Haven't upgraded the mana base yet but plan to do so in future upgrades. Currently themed into life gain/loss, +1/+1 counters, and ability to get combat damage through. Win conditions revolve around dealing combat damage to opponents. Hence, this is meant to be a very aggressive deck that floods the field with small vampires that grow with the help of [Edgar Markov]. Also, in theme with life, it seems only necessary to include the Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond combo.
