Ever since the Innistrad block, I've always wondered if a Mardu vampire tribal build could be done and with who. I'm so glad it was Edgar Markov!

I had a lot of the build previously in my Olivia Voldaren commander deck. Similar counter gain, lifegain, aggro strategy. Just seems Grandpa Markov does it better!

The theme to this deck is a Heavy Vampire Creature Tribal variant. Very flavorful and theme/tribal focused.

Mainly looking for critiques and suggestions. I want to know if I should put in more draw power, more spot removal, or whatever.

I'm staying away from fetch lands (not looking to spend more than $30 on a card).

On a semi budget, but I'd appreciate any suggestions!
