Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond : Sanguine Bond-Whenever you gain life, target opponent loses that much life. Exquisite Blood-Whenever an opponent loses life, you gain that much life.

With both of these enchantments on the battlefield, a single point of damage starts an infinite loop of you gaining life and an opponent losing life. Because Sanguine Bond lets you target an opponent each time it triggers, this allows the "life drain" to spread to any number of valid opponents.
