Looking for some input! Need help against WG/GWBR with Thragtusk

This is my version of a standard Guttersnipe deck. I've found that he is not only awesome, but that he is a huge target when playing anything blue, black, or red. I've decided to try and make ths more graveyard based as I find that my hand constantly gets dwindled due to few can trips in the format. Overall the deck does really well and the sideboard can handle the top tier decks. Looking for some input though, would you do any changes?
