The Bombs

4 of Void Winnower and 3 of Artisan of Kozilek. Void Winnower is very good for this deck. A massive threat that makes them unable to cast Lightning Helix, Tarmogoyf, and Snapcaster Mage, to name a few. Not to mention those creatures can't block. (Screw you, Death's Shadow!) Artisan of Kozilek is a massive body with Annihilator. We won't get the cast trigger, but neither will our opponent, so...yeah. And if we somehow get to 9 mana we can always hardcast it and get the cast trigger, too.

The Flicker Effects

4 of Flickerwisp and a 2 of Long Road Home. Flickerwisp is a creature, so they can take it as an alternative to the other bomb...leaving you with the bomb. And if they take the bomb, Flickerwisp enters the battlefield second, so you can flicker the bomb, leaving you with both creatures. Long Road Home is a sorcery version of Flickerwisp, and the creature gets a counter, too.

The Ramp

This deck is very slow, so naturally, we run ramp! We have 4 Llanowar Elves, 4 Avacyn's Pilgrim, and 4 Rampant Growth. Llanowar Elves and Avacyn's Pilgrim are one-mana mana dorks that make colored mana, and Rampant Growth can't die since it isn't a creature, and grabs us a land.

The Removal

For removal, I am running a 4 of Banishing Light and a 3 of Immolating Glare. Banishing light exiles it, and it can only be brought back via enchantment removal. Immolating glare hurts aggro decks who win via attacking.

The lands

Since this is a budget 2-color deck, i feel it is safe to run a 4 of Selesnya Sanctuary and the rest are simply basics. Nothing complicated

The Sideboard

2 of Disenchant and Naturalize is our artifact/enchantment removal. 2 of Crook of Condemnation is graveyard hate. Sanctimony is our burn hate (mountains are red, burn is red). And Selesnya Charm can kill a large Death's Shadow, make us a token, buff our bomb, etc. It is a very good utility card. And of course, Celestial Purge kills Death's Shadow, so, yeah...

This deck is about $30, so it as budget as possible, sand is not as competive as the top tier modern decks right now. But it sure is very fun to play! Feel free to leave me suggestions in the comments.
