Esper Control is back! Wu'ers be damned, this biz just got redonk! Why do you ask? Let me tell you, or sing for you the forgotten song of the Swans. Swan Song, yeah you get a 2/2 bird token, but what do I get, counter to Underworld Connections that well timed Thoughtseize or Boros Charm for lethal? And you get what? A 2/2 flying bird, that I can verdict or price away for practically no expense? Though many people will run Dispel or Annul why? When Swan Song does what both of those cards do and more. Other things you'll notice about my dub step control list (you know, cause WUB WUB WUB) Aegis of the Gods better than anyone gives him credit for, especially with a 1 mana counter back up. Blood Baron of Vizkopa because honestly how is he not good. So if you really wanted to sum this deck up, you could just say something like this. "While wearing the Aegis of the Gods, I have committed Deicide. Though my Swan Song is always clear, no longer will Blind Obedience be necessary. Seize the Thoughts of the Gods and you shall triumph!"
