Top of the deck matters. The goal is to keep shuffling the deck until you see something good on top and then exploit various methods to get access to it - the most obvious being Intet itself. So, tons of shuffle effects and tons of ways to peek at or reorganize the top cards so I get to know what's coming.

I am not running Worldly Tutor or Mystical Tutor and it's a conscious choice. I think it's more fun (both for you and your opponents) if you dig your way into your bombs instead of just straight up tutoring the best card for the current situation. Besides, something like "Worldly for Jin-Gitaxias" or "Mystical for Time Stretch" have to be some of the cringiest plays one can make in EDH. I'm also not playing Future Sight or any other "Play with the top card of your library revealed" effects. I don't want my opponents to know what's coming.

Ways to PEEK at the top card: Temple of Abandon, Temple of Epiphany, Temple of Mystery, Explorer's Scope, Lifecrafter's Bestiary. Add in a lot of reshuffles and these become decent.
Ways to ORGANIZE the top cards: Halimar Depths, Mystic Speculation, Sensei's Divining Top, Cream of the Crop, Sylvan Library, Telling Time
Ways to PUT cards on top: Dream Cache, Scroll Rack, Brainstorm, Noxious Revival
Ways to EXPLOIT top: Intet, the Dreamer, Arbiter of the Ideal, Djinn of Wishes, Explorer's Scope, Oracle's Vault, Pyxis of Pandemonium, Lurking Predators

Some card choices I'd like to talk about:

I tried to maximize the benefits from Cream of the Crop, Garruk's Packleader and Temur Ascendancy. That's why you might see some weirder cards like Greenwarden of Murasa instead of staples like Acidic Slime or Eternal Witness.

Rattleclaw Mystic, Growth Spasm, Worn Powerstone: not only are they solid mana accelerants on their own, but they can all turbo out a Turn 4 Intet without any help from other ramp cards.

Trinket Mage gets Boots of Speed, Brainstone, Explorer's Scope, Pyxis of Pandemonium, Sensei's Divining Top

Muddle the Mixture transmutes for Neurok Stealthsuit, Nissa, Steward of Elements, Scroll Rack, Cream of the Crop, Sylvan Library.

Ghost Quarter: Running this over Strip Mine because it's an emergency reshuffle and it can double up as a Landfall enabler.

Cream of the Crop + Lurking Predators is absolute cash money. I'm very surprised I don't see these cards together more often.
