a homebrew based on my all time favorite creature type: Faeries

The namesake of the deck comes from Dreamspoiler Witches almost every spell in the deck has flash or is an instant and whenever you play a spell on an opponents turn while the witches are in play target creature gets -1/-1 until the end of the turn, if that spell is a Peppersmoke then the peppersmoke will give a creature -1/-1 and the witches will trigger and give an additional -1/-1 and then i'll draw a card off of peppersmoke
