Welcome to my Intet, the Dreamer deck. The goals of this deck is twofold. This is a permanent only deck that is meant to win with Primal Surge. The other goal is reaching the first goal. The other goal is to have a unique deck construction that allows for a normal deck play, but at the same time is not using instants or sorceries. This leads to difficult deck building with searching for things that are staples in RUG that are on creatures. The end product is a top-deck Permanent only Intet, the Dreamer deck that has good synergy with itself. The creatures that make up most of this deck are meant to search, draw, topdeck, and control. When it comes down to playing Primal Surge. Utvara Hellkite and Infinite Reflections spells fun considering that when you swing with 32 Utvaras you get 1024 tokens in return. There are many other weird ways to win, you just have to dream it.
