Dreadhorde arcanist is broken and I've basically replaced snapcaster with it. Dreadhorde enables a nasty combo where you can double cast sure strike on them, and I've included things like stream of unconsciousness and artful dodge to secure a safe attack. Double casting/free castings of instants along with guttersnipe is gross too. I'm quite new to modern and feel like I could do with more counterspells mainboard and I'm not sure on the mana base, also baral is kind of maybeboard too.
