So i have been messing around with mono-blue and this is what i have ended up with so far.....

Notable interactions:

Darksteel Forge + Mycosynth Lattice + Nevinyrral's Disk/Hurkyl's Recall = GG

Memnarch + Mycosynth Lattice = gimme all your stuff...

draw and tutor power to get what i need when i need it for the most part has ton of other interactions i just usually win and or make my opponent flip table and concede with the above "combos".

I am always looking for bigger and better cards to add to this deck and cost is not an object for the most part... the look on my opponents face is always priceless. This deck started as a control deck with Memnarch as the commander but he started gaining unwanted attention so he is tucked away safely in the deck until my board presence is just right..... or i need a distraction to live a few more rounds but i have started to drift away from the control aspect and look more to draw and draw some more until i can get to that ever satisfying table flipping moment when it dawns on my opponent that i just flashed in Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir at the end of their turn and i am now making things go boom with no way they can really do anything about it.
