Need some guidance on the right card configuration for the current meta vs mono red and temur energy!

The ideal behind this deck is pretty straightforward - stall the opponents board state until you can get The Locust God up and the draw as much as possible to kill your opponent with a thousand cuts.

I love Baral, Chief of Compliance, so he got a spot and it makes good sense as his triggered ability is to draw and discard which also adds a insect.

A couple of notes:

• added 2x torrential gearhulks as early play testing indicated that an alternative win condition was required and also "value town" is nice.

• started with 4 Hieroglyphic Illumination and 2 Glimmer of Genius but found the scry was important when trying to find answers or The Locust God

• adjusted sideboard to deal with mono red

• changed Cancel into Disallow because...duh.
