This is my first attempt at a mono blue deck, and my second mono-colored deck.

A plethora of ETB's, lots of drawing cards, plenty of counterspells, and Jace puts in work.

I'm looking for better (but not more than 30$ EACH) mana rocks / utility lands, so shout out your favorite rock or land, and dont say mana crypt or strip mine!
