Cerebral Vortex got me thinking. I don't like it when my opponents draw cards. Why not punish them for it? But wait, some opponents don't draw cards very often. Let's force them to draw cards, so my draw triggers can kill them! Yay! Muahahahahahaaaaaa...

Anyway, I'd like to make this deck playable if I can, possibly for a Grand Prix. I didn't want black in this deck, but it has a lot of draw/discard triggers. Please give me your opinion!
