Nekuzar is a very fun commander, he hurts your opponents in one of the most devastating ways, their morale. When the deck first starts many of your opponents are going to be quite grateful, who doesn't like to draw, and whats better is that you, their opponent is picking up the tab for all these cards, what a nice guy. It's all relatively small damage, a few points here and there on a draw, nothing more than an annoyance; it's not until you drop your first wheel effect, that they begin to understand the gravity of the situation. It doesn't matter the amount of resources they have in hand, the chance that they get to hold onto any of them longer than a turn or two is pretty slim. It's at this point that the most common of the miss plays begin to happen; players figure they might as well use the cards, sense they're going to lose them anyway, and as threats begin to dwindle, the mood shifts to a much gloomier state. Deck crucial combos, and game changing cards are swept in a rather non prejudicial manner to the grave, and every player begins to dread the start of their turn, that is all except for you. You stand unafraid to lose cards in hand, for the deck is filled with wheel effects, every cards you lose replaces its self with almost the exact same thing, so cycle the deck fervently, and let your opponents mind's sink into despair, as you shave away at them one card at a time.
