The deck in general is pretty cheap, except some cards that are mostly borrowed and not really that essential. As far as testing goes, it works fairly well in the 20hp meta. I have to say it feels really good to beat down decks made with thousands of dollards and super cards with just a bunch of pennies. Some slower cards like Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Palace Siege and Profane Command are here because my friends like to play with 30 hp, which makes the deck struggle a bit. I used to run Tormented Hero , Gnarled Scarhide, Nantuko Shade and Tendrils of Corruption , but i removed them to make room to the slower cards for the 30hp meta.

If you have the money, improvements could be made adding Bloodghast, Dark Confidant and more fetchlands (the ones i have are there to help me trigger revolt on Fatal Push, probably some good utility lands like Wastelands and Volrath's Stronghold, and walkers like Liliana of the Veil and Liliana, the Last Hope. Also, if you have a bunch of fetchlands, Vengeful Rebel could be very good too. I removed it because i rarely can trigger revolt on my own, without my creatures dying. Talking about revolt, this deck could take and interesting turn with Carrion Feeder, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, and Bloodthrone Vampire, but i am happy with the straightforward aggro route for now.

To make it cheaper, you could take out Inquisition of Kozilek for Despise, Blackmail or Funeral Charm ; change Collective Brutality for Distress or other removal card you like, depending on your meta. Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet could leave for Erebos, God of the Dead. Also the deck works fine without fetchlands at all (i tested it without them), Fatal Push is a great removal card regardless. You also could also use Ulcerate or Disfigure instead of the push anyways. Finally, you could ignore Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth completely, as the deck usually has no problem getting double or triple black for anything, and it's a target for Wasteland; i run it just in case. Finally exchange Necropotence for Phyrexian Arena or Dark Tutelage , although i won't recomend the last one on 20hp meta, so much life-loss! And necropotence is banned in the 30hp meta.

Anyway, I apreciate any kind of feedback about the deck, and sugestions of cards that i could add or take out. I made it from scratch, so probably it has problems here and there that i didn't notice. I'd like to add Mindwrack Demon but i'm not sure if it's worth it without a reliable way to get delirium. Finally i have considered adding Sorin Markov instead of Palace Siege, but i'm not sure about that either.

What do you think about Retribution of the Ancients to play off the counters you don't need? Or even Crypt Ghast for more bang for pure black mana ramp?

Hello, and thanks dor your comment! :) So both cards could be great in a multiplayer enviroment but in duel commander they feel a bit slow. Retribution of the Ancients doesn't do anything if i have no counters, and i generally preffer to spend my mana to cast more spells or creatures. Crypt Ghast could be awesome with more expensive spells, but then again, i preffer to use my slots to cast more agressive creatures. I have considered the retribution and maybe i'll make room for it in a diferent build of the deck. What would you take off for those cards?

Well, I'd push out Despoiler of Souls and Ichorid. They seem to play off play exiling your creatures in the graveyard, which seems like a very bad idea in case you have a reanimate type card.

Despoiler is pretty bad, basicallly works like another copy of Scrapheap Scrounger, but ichorid can win games and keep going after a boardwipe. This is a bit of an all-in aggro with some recursion, where the most important part is to always being able to keep going and keep the preassure on, and most of the creatures don't do anything in the yard after they die, most of the time. I put Palace Siege here as a way to get some extra reach to deal 30 hp. Using the khans mode can be pretty sweet but by the time i can cast this card i usually have the oponnet with 5-10 life or even less. Also it's a card that i added specifically to play in the 30 hp meta, because at 20hp is not needed that much, as the deck deals 20 damage consistently without loosing gas.

Shamble Back might be good. It's a great value for a single B. I don't know much about EDH, so I don't have any more suggestions than that. (Shamble Back is pretty much the only card I know from Standard that might work well in EDH that isn't typically in a deck already...) I have a mono-black weenie deck (standard) that might give you some ideas? Maybe not. I'd appreciate any comments and/or suggestions you might have for my deck! Mono-black weenie speed deck (budget)

Cool looking deck! +1 from me!

Thanks :D I considered Shamble Back, but in general i preffer to use actual creatures and not spells since i'm in black and all the graveyard shenanigans are with creatures. Moreover that card is a bad turn 1 and generally bad against spells heavy decks. I already have a bunch of stuff that exiles creatures from my yard, the zombie that it produces doesn't have any evation... i think it can work, but i'm not convined about it. There is another card similar to it but at instant speed and without gaining life, in any case i would use that instead.

I definitively will check your deck when i have a moment to do it. I like this kind of "suicide black" strategies a lot and i have played them casually and in pauper. It sure is my cup of tea xd
