This is a version of a deck that was popular around Timespiral called Dralnu du Louvre. The idea being always have an answer with the draw/go playstyle. Since nearly everything is an instant or has flash the player can react and manipulate however he/she sees fit. I personally perfer indefinite Brine Elemental to the usually Skeletal Vampire Win condition of other Dralnu decks (this also makes it a tab more viable in multiplayer). Anyway the counterspells would have been runesnags, but since this deck isn't formal I went a head and just put counterspells in. I played with this deck probably the most of any of my decks, and I can say it still is my favorite the ability to control the pace of the game no matter what your opponent is playing is incredibly fun.
