Blow up Nevinyrral's Disk to end the effect of Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood, After you finish off the last opponent. Game over. Mind you, you don't have to play with this loop to win, it should be the last thing you resort to. Play with a Nevinyrral's Disk and Sanguine Bond asap. It'll help you last longer and scare them into thinking you're gonna blow up the disk.

102.4b If the game somehow enters a loop, repeating a sequence of events with no way to stop,the game is a draw. Loops that contain an optional action dont result in a draw.

421.4. If the loop contains only mandatory actions, the game ends in a draw. (See rule 102.4b.)

Dropped Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood combo for Mindcrank, Wth the mass life gain, it seems like a better combo than a finishing combo.
