I'm quite new to Magic, but I wanted to build a Niv-Mizzet deck without Curiosity or Ophidian Eye since I don't find instawins very fun, while still pinging an opponent to death with a giant dragon.

After some playtesting, I'm looking for suggestions regarding replacing the Chimeras, the artifacts and maybe some of the U/R slow lands. I'm thinking about replacing the Remands with Silumgar's Scorns. I'm also just not sure what to put in the 3-drop and 5-drop slots. Also, would Leylines of Anticipation be useful in this deck?

Any suggestions would be helpful; also feel free to laugh at its terribleness. Thanks!
