Just started Magic around 1 week ago and I wanted to create a fun Dragon deck (not too expensive as well, I bought a commander dragon deck and plan of buying the missing cards), since I don't have a lot of experience yet, I'd love to hear what you'd think of my deck.The principle is based on 4xDragon Tempest which haste effect is awesome with the effect of many dragons on attack, it's side effect of inflicting damages is well welcomed also .Then I put 3xScion of the Ur-Dragon since I think it's kind of the key to this deck, transform it to any other dragon depending of the situation, if he gets hit transform into Ryusei, the Falling Star (or if you need to clean the board...), that or into Balefire Dragon when he hits the opponent. And any other dragon depending of the moment...I have a few cards to clean the board like eathquake (not sure about it, maybe more in side deck and replace by crux of fate or something similiar), crux of fate, ryusei the falling star, balefire dragon and dragon tempest of course for small targeting.No counter or instant though... I don't really know if needed/what I should put.I put lands with different mana colors to be able to cast any kind of dragons, since they are of really variated kinds .

That was some key points that went through my mind, didn't test it, I wanted to have some advices on it/how to make it better for not a too important price also ;).Thanks! =)
