Dragon's Maw:

This deck revolves around ramping up mana as fast as possible while lowering mana costs for Dragons. First to begin I lower all of my dragon's mana costs with the staple combos of a healthy stock of Dragonlord's Servant and Dragonspeaker Shaman. Having so many of them in the deck means I'm likely to draw one. And I only need to draw 1 to start slinging dragons around.

I compensate for the lack of colored mana by using land cards and enchantments for production of odd colors and mana ramps. I use 4 Abundant Growth for a solid mana ramp and to produce that odd color mana I may need at any given time and also as a bonus it allows me to draw an extra card. All for just 1 green mana. An amazing card on it's own. And not only that but I make use of Haven of the Spirit Dragon for more odd colors at any given tap meaning I will almost always be able to use any color mana I need at any time. As for ramping in combination with Abundant Growth I use Gruul Turf to add yet another mana to the mix and catch up on lost ground. I will tap my current mana in my first phase and then in my second phase I will play Gruul Turf and return an already tapped land for a no consequence move, allowing me to close the mana gap effectively. I also throw in some Dragonskull Summit for more variation in mana, and when I play it chances are I will already have a mountain in play allowing me to play it yet again guilt free. And thats how I get white and black mana in this deck without having any plains or swamps cluttering up my deck for niche plays.

Other then that this deck simply focuses on bolstering my already big dragons with dragons enchantments and good dragon token production that is done passively as well.

While I am stalling for my late game I have defenders and cheap drops to play in the beginning of the game. Slumbering Dragon is used as a determinant early game. Slumbering Dragon may cause your opponent early on in the game to think twice about attacking early or suffer the consequences later. While Thunderbreak Regent provides mid game defense along with Scalelord Reckoner and Wardscale Dragon.

There are so many combos in this deck that will allow you to overpower your opponent and that's what makes this deck what it is. And it all starts with the mana ramping and flows down hill after that for cheap powerful flying dragons. Synergy my friends.
