When the equation is (Z->)90 - (E-NW)90t=1, then the only appropriate answer is to draw. And draw. And draw. A simple combo deck that runs off of forcing yourself to topdeck in return for a a none too subtle amount of damage. And if you can pull Niv Mizzet to turn six, they're generally dead in two to three turns. And with Avaricious Dragon guaranteeing two cards a turn minimum, you can fetch him right from the deck and make your opponent feel the burn with your other low drop creatures (featuring Sin Prodder!)

Sensationalist opening aside, the goal of the deck is to pull out your main sources of big/consistent damage. Aqueous Form + Chasm Skulker being a prime example. Naturally, Niv Mizzet and Keranos are the other two, and Gibbering Fiend touches nicely into Sin Prodder, and once you hit six lands, Enter the Infinite is simply icing on the cake, if you manage to get that far. And thanks to its own high mana cost, it can be easily boarded out with little after thought.

So I got to live test a mostly complete deck, and as someone else pointed out to me, it's obviously meant to be slow, but it's also contradictory. I have all these draw spells I don't want to burn prior to pulling out Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind but I can't get him routinely either. So I'm adding in a second, as well as changing the path of the deck. Now the concept runs off a simple combination that allows wider access to the right cards on turns five and six, with Possibility Storm granting access to cards at a higher cost for only one to three mana. Playing that into another Enchantment means a 1/2 shot in getting Keranos on the field (also noting creatures can pull him as well) and then any of the creatures cast from then on can pull out Niv-Mizzet and Galvanoth (not to mention Melek, Izzet Paragon). At that point, it's just fishing for Enter the Infinite, which makes up twenty percent of your sorcery cards.
