It's basically Blue Black storm with massive acceleration and cheap reanimation spells to reanimate highly impactful creatures as well as blowing away everyone else's boards.

Combos

Mesmeric Orb+Basalt Monolith: Infinite mill. Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to keep you from milling out.

Tidespout Tyrant+ "any two artifacts that combined nets you atleast 1 mana" = infinite colorless or infinite colored if you have a Dimir Signet/ Talisman of Dominance . Just the colorless mana combos with Ugin, the Spirit Dragon to activate his ability infinite times, killing each opponent. It also combos with Dark Depths to make an instant Marit lage.

Animate Dead/Necromancy/Dance of the Dead + Kederekt Leviathan: Popping all nonlands to their owners hand for 2/3 mana. Every Turn. This allows you to reset the board continuously. If you have enough artifact acceleration, it could either infinite mana or give you massive card advantage, like casting Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora after wiping the field, netting way too many cards when your opponent has to recast all their permanents.

Dark Depths + Thespian's Stage/Vampire Hexmage: Free Marit lage

Yawgmoth's Will + atleast like 10 cards in graveyard = Win Condition.

Necropotence = Win Condition.

Notion Thief + Windfall/Whispering Madness : Opponents discard hands, you draw plenty of cards.

Notion Thief + Cephalid Coliseum (Targeting your opponent): You draw three, they discard three.
