Let me guess, you probably clicked on this thinking it was a creative spin on the new commander deck? Sorry But...

This is my first ever Commander/EDH deck and I am just returning from not playing magic for about 2 years. I bought the Draconic Domination deck after seeing that it was focused on pumping out huge dragons to melt the opposition. The deck list above is what comes from the sealed product and is the foundation for this post and hopefully comment discussion. I am looking to upgrade the deck as a whole and improve its efficiency, competitiveness, and overall fun factor. I hope to use this post not only to help me out, but also others who are in a similar position as I am. I'm not very sentimental about creating my own personal list as others and am truly here to ask for your help!

My goals for the deck:

I have always loved playing battle-cruiser magic where I play powerful creatures to swing in and beat face. I want to keep the main focus of the deck to be exactly that: play giant, powerful, and efficient dragons to overpower my opponents while keeping a fair amount of self-interaction with my deck and creating problems for my opponents. I don't want this to be a deck where I tutor for 1 dragon that facilitates my whole play style. I want to keep The Ur-Dragon as my commander because he is 5 colors and seems like a powerhouse on and off the field. Finally, I prefer for the the deck to have 50-50 ratio of enjoy-ability to competitiveness.

My main questions are:

-How should I fix the mana base? I'm not trying to spend a mortgage payment on this part even though I am playing 5 colors, but what shocks, fetches, or other lands should I run to upgrade the consistency. My budget for the mana base upgrade is $100.

-What cards included in the pre-constructed deck should be taken out? And what cards should I replace them with? Does the deck need more ramp, card draw, removal? Also, are there any Dragons that were not included in the deck that would fit perfectly? Again I am not trying to break the bank here either, but am willing to shell out some cash for obviously superior card choices. My budget for singles upgrades is $125.

-Are there any other important aspects of the deck that I am not considering?

Thank you for checking out my post and I welcome all suggestions and opinions you may have! Please share this with anyone you may think it will benefit and don't be afraid to join the conversation, the more the merrier.
