Mono Red Dragon deck built off of Hasting Dragons and triggers for when dragons come into play.
Key spells are Dragon Tempest, Scourge of Valkas and Dragon cost reduction. This is a very very heavy dragon deck with a nice solid theme.
Thunderbreak Regent is in place to protect your other dragons but is also well positioned in the power curve. 4 cmc for a 4/4 flyer is decent. Add in the protection extension to all of your dragons. Heck yes.
Everything else is designed to speed up the deck, search for needed cards or reduce cost.
Utvara Hellkite combos very well with Dragon Tempest and Scourge of Valkas. With the massive cost reduction you can get a Hellkite out pretty quick and it is often hasted from Tempest.
I've also had Archwing Dragon do silly damage as I can usually cast it for 2, do 3-8 damage as it enters the battlefield then immediately swing. Doing it over and over each turn. This keeps enemy creatures in check from the direct damage while hurting your opponent with the dragon itself.
If your group doesn't care about modern and will allow legacy I'd use the Ruby Medallion over the Dragonlord's Servant
Avaricious Dragon combo's well with the rest of the deck while providing some much-needed card draw.

Slumbering Dragon
This I found is an ok early game card to allow your opponents to re-think their aggression. Since this deck is fast (for a dragon deck), your ramp is silly turn 4-5, you can afford to have a slightly slower start. Any missed attacks against you are very helpful. Plus it's the only turn one dragon I'm aware of.
Turn 2:
Ruby Medallion
Turn 3:
Dragon Tempest and Dragonspeaker Shaman.
Turn 4:
With Dragon Tempest out already drop Scourge of Valkas then Dragon Hatchling Swing with Valkas doing 14 damage this turn.
Valkas enters, triggering 2 dmg from him and 2 dmg from tempest. Hatchling drops, triggering 3 dmg from Valkas and Tempest each, swing for 4 damage
Turn 5:
