Though the lands make it incredibly pricey, this deck is built for as much speed as Dragon tribal can get. Still, dragons are bulky and slow even with good ramp, so a handful of dragons exist for Scion to remove permanents to buy time and disable players in the very rare case that a combo is immediately unavailable. There is a combo for any opponent and all have the potential to end the game by true win condition or crippling the opponent into scooping. By the time Scion is cast there is almost always an option to win and they are plentiful enough that the deck performs fairly well in multiplayer settings as well.
