The goal is to get your 5 colors as soon as possible, preferably turn 3 or 4. Then, you'll want to cast your commander ans wait a turn for the summuning sickness to go off. Once scion cast, you shoud always keep 2 man so that if someone targets your Scion to get rid of it, use the ability to turn it into a dragon with hexproof to protect it. Then, the combo is to use Scion's ability to turn it into the Ur-Dragon, attack with it, draw and put a permanent on the battlefield, then the Ur-Dragon will go to the graveyard. Next turn, use Scion's ability to turn it into bladewing the risen so that you'll return the Ur-Dragon to the battlefield, attack, draw et put a permanent on the battlefield. You can that way easily win by commander damage, the most important is to keep mana to cast instants to protect your board.
