Basic B/R dragon deck. Smash them up with really big dragons.

So when this deck was made, you couldn't dash from the command zone. That has changed and is honestly really nice. It's not always going to be used, but there are definitely turns with a tapped Nevinyrral's disk in play where I've enjoyed getting my commander back to my hand.
