Okay, so this deck warrants some explanation finally.

You can start by putting Griselbrand into the graveyard with Entomb , or put him into the graveyard along with Bladewing the Risen and a dragon of your choosing with Buried Alive (I prefer Dragonlord Kolaghan to give everything haste later, or Bogardan Hellkite for super fast damage).

From there you put Griselbrand onto the battlefield, then activate his ability, drawing 7 cards and losing 7 life, which ultimately you can gain back since it has haste. This is all turn 1, by the way, if you use Dark Ritual and possibly in combination with Cabal Ritual . Then on your end step you discard cards that you want to have in the graveyard, i.e. your dragons and useless cards.

Then on turn 2 (if you don't have enough mana from turn 1 Dark Ritual and Cabal Ritual ) use Goryo's Vengeance , Shallow Grave or Reanimate to bring Bladewing the Risen and Dragonlord Kolagan out onto the battlefield and swing in with both. If you're feeling particularly spicy you can look for another dragon in your graveyard and cast it out (at this point you want it to be Bogardan Hellkite and swing in for lethal damage.

Thanks for reading and let me know what you think!
