Nissa goes bad. Real bad. HOW BAD?

W/L Tourney Match Record: 3W, 1L.

She left the Gatewatch; and now she’s laying in the swamp moss with Karn and Vraska. One thing leads to another. LETS WATCH! Is it right? Who cares! This is a brutal deck that’s just started showing up, and I've decided to give it a spin. I've tailor made it custom to my tastes; dropping The Eldest Reborn and some garbage vehicle for two Treasure Map  . There were two Cast Down in the deck, but those are pretty inferior to Never; so I just dropped Never in its place.

I've beaten BR Vehicles handily with this deck; and more "top of the meta" decks. It eats UW for breakfast; and BW vehicles is also handily topped up. I've yet to test it against mono black, but that's another time. It is strong for a lot of reasons; and there are many synergies. The synergy Karn, Scion of Urza brings to the table with the vehicles means and Treasure Map   AND Scrapheap Scrounger means he can pop out some unusually large construct tokens. Nissa, Vital Force is a perfect match up against UW control as she forces them to use active removal on your basic lands, lol. The Scarab God and other odd threats are taken care of easily with the sideboard.Greenbelt Rampager is surprisingly effective at crewing up vehicles, and also being a blocker. It works great. Thrashing Brontodon is extra thicc (wink) and its insulation can easily crush any nasty enchantments or artifacts. Use the Ifnir Dreadlands to land some devastating Fatal Push action with its revolt trigger. That means a four casting cost creature goes bye-bye. You can also do the Fatal Push revolt trigger by sacrificing a Treasure which is a permanent for 1 black mana, then use that mana to cast a the push. Vraska, Relic Seeker works wonders against highly aggressive decks as she generates chump blockers/menace threats, can nuke a threat from downtown, and if things are stable enough just outright ultimate someone to dead. Don't forget she can also nuke enchantments, and well, that sets up an sequence of events that is just plain hostile. In addition she generates you Treasure while murdering which only feeds Karn, Scion of Urza's offspring a healthy +1/+1 bonus. Pretty disgusting...this orgy of planeswalkers and mucky filth. I love it. Really I do.

As usual, I'll post updates. If this deck ends up being a train wreck; I'll be totally shocked. So far it is doing very well in playtesting, and I expect it to do amazing in tournaments.

Update 1: I'm swapping out Treasure Map   for Doomfall to see how that plays out. I like the versatility of Doomfall and the maps just didn't really get me anywhere. I was too busy using my mana for it to be freed up for amply scrying. I've also added a third Phyrexian Scriptures to the sideboard and cut Duress to give myself ample firepower for aggro control. The scriptures really does knock out UW decks too. I played some very good decks at FNM including Esper (UWB Control) and Monogreen stompy. I won against UW outright; but against Stompy I made one tragic mistake and played a Vraska, Relic Seeker and didn't immediately use her for removal. That cost me the match, which was tied up at 1:1.
