A modern decklist designed to fit a fair budget - that being I spent about 50.00 USD to put it together - roughly half what most low-end Modern decks go for.

The plan is to build mana and not die for the first 4 turns, playing Biovisionary or Laboratory Maniac if they're in hand. Then finish whichever combo os on yhe field - Infinite Reflection for the Biovisionary and Leveler for the Laboratory Maniac. Two instant-win conditions.

Side note, this is also EXACTLY what I have - language and condition included.
