Draw into ramp into doubles, then disrupt and repeat until total annihilation is achieved through shitloads of fire. Or gain control of the board and pickle them to death. Description in development.

Although otherwise versatile, Acquire is in the ramp category because it is likely to be stealing one to three Gilded Lotus or the like for our own purposes.

At the moment I have no counterspells because the deck is fairly proactive, and I'm thinking my instant-speed copies will circumvent opposing countermagic to a degree. I'm trying to make a cut for at least a Counterspell or Pact of Negation because it could be tutored up to good effect in a pinch. My misgiving with adding this kind of card is that it doesn't synergize much with Melek or other   cards that make more copies of spells . I could use some advice on the role of counterspells in this type of deck, if they're necessary, and finding the correct quantity to include. I could also use advice on finding the right balance of spells among these categories. If you see something that seems off, please mention it below.

The mana curve displayed on the site can be misleading. If you treat spells with X in their costs as 10cmc spells (they're primarily intended for big mana dumps), the average cmc for the deck is ~3.83 as opposed to ~3.20
