We're making our burn more burny through Firebrand Archer and Thermo-Alchemist which make our card draw burn as well. As long as we're in blue for big Enigma Drakes through what we're doing anyway, might as well utilize a few low-cost answers for pesky Planeswalkers, Enchantments, or Artifacts in Winds of Rebuke . If someone manages to drop something too big to get rid of with burn, I feel it's good to have answers there, plus we might drop a couple Instants or Sorceries into the yard to enable our Drakes further. I like Saheeli Rai to do a bit of damage and Scry, working with Spark of Creativity to help us cast or burn with it a bit more deftly, but even more so to clone one of our burn enablers or double up our Drakes which I feel could swing for lethal quite aptly, especially with an Insult.

Soul-Scar Mage will definitely replace Thermo-Alchemist after rotation. I'd like to have him now but don't want too many creatures.

Let me know what you think. I especially could use help with the manabase. I feel a consistent red source is super important and blue sources don't matter that much until turn 4+. But I'm not sure how many dual-lands to run, or how many Evolving Wilds, or when those lands are preferable to basics in this particular deck. It may seem the Blue inclusion causes problems, but the huge Drakes for no extra effort and Saheeli melding perfectly with what we're doing is too good not to include.
