WWWWWHHHAAAAAATTTTTTT. Yah apparently no one payed attention to what Samut, the Tested's ultimate ability does because of how bad her other 2 abilities are..... but wait....

THE COMBO:

This deck is focused on super charging Samut, the Tested With Skyship Plunderer.

When I realized how powerful the -7 on Samut was I looked for some ways to abuse the incredible ability. I remembered Skyship Plunderer and figured that it was a really good way to make use of Samut's pretty boring +1. Giving the plunderer double strike means that it's ability will trigger 2 times if you connect with a player, adding 2 counters to Samut + the 1 counter from ticking Samut up. This leaves Samut on 7 loyatly on T4, meaning if you can block for her, or the opponent doesn't have an answer, than you can untap and -7.

I was surprised by how smooth this interaction was, and when I did some searching I found 2 other creatures that complimented this strategy of ramping Samut; Quarry Hauler and Maulfist Revolutionary (finally deciding that 'Maulfist' was too hard on the mana, while providing little extra benefit. Instead Two copies of Quarry Hauler made the main, which is great because they can remove counters from opponents stuff which 'maulfist' can't do.).
The last and most fun part was figuring out what cards to tutor up with Samut. I decided 3 of the most game dominating planeswalkers would be good finishers, And playing 2 different Nichol Bolas' on turn 5 just seemed too good. (It is too good, WOW)
-Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh
-Nicol Bolas, the Deceiver
-Vraska, Relic Seeker

THE DECK:

Playing as more of a tempo style deck, the removal is dual purpose. You want to choose a good time to play Samut, the Tested, and Baral's Expertise and Unsummon are great for setting the board up. Additionally, both spells can bounce our creatures if we need to add extra loyalty fast or protect them. Harnessed Lightning combos with our energy creatures and if it can kill a 2 toughness creature, the extra energy will let our loyalty rampers begin to add extra energy.

Treasure Map   is great in here providing the ramp and color fixing to cast a big planeswalker, plus you can ramp the map with Skyship Plunderer and flip it on T4. Otherwise, the card draw from the treasures can help dig for what's needed.Deadlock Trap is a solid all around board control card that's great for protecting Samut. Finally Whirler Virtuoso, Pia Nalaar, and Aether Swooper pressure the board and provide extra bodies for great defense of our planeswalkers, as well as an energy sub-theme that our loyalty rampers can tap into.

Sideboard:
Theres some sweet tech hidden in this deck's sideboard, unlocking additional combos, board wipes, and hate cards.
-Abrade:
Extra removal and artifact hate.
-Fiery Cannonade:
Anti weenie board wipe.
-Nissa, Vital Force:
Extra go deep power, good swap for Baral's Expertise against control.
-Decoction Module and Gonti's Aether Heart:
Together with Whirler Virtuoso provide infinite tokens. You can tutor them both up at the same time with a ramped up Saheeli Rai.
-Negate:
Swaps in against control.
-Saheeli Rai:
Good vs control, or if you want your second combo.
