So this is a budget cEDH T-Squared list based off of Doomtide Thrasios and [Primer] Paradox Thrasios. I am especially looking for thoughts on the cards in the maybeboard. Check the second spoiler for where I'm at with those right now. Also, please recommend what to take out if you have ideas on that too! It's at budget right now, but all ideas are welcome for discussion nonetheless.

Potential Cuts Show

Magus of the Candelabra - I haven't gotten to use it yet so I don't know what to make of it. Theoretically it'll work with high tide and for a little bit of color fixing. Might not be necessary with the lack of storm win though?

Magus of the Will - Just haven't gotten to see it in testing yet. Time will tell if it's worth it or if it should just be regrowth.

Phyrexian Arena - Just not sure if it's what this deck wants to be doing. Maybe it'd be better as a tutor or cheap draw spell. Looking at Praetor's Grasp in this slot.

Maybeboard Thoughts Show

Exsanguinate/Torment of Hailfire - Another infinite mana outlet in case the Labman plan doesn't work for some reason. Not sure if it's necessary. Would use it in place of Labman if Doomsday and Angel's Ad Naus weren't in the deck. Only one would be necessary, but it comes down to which one would be better to play during the normal course of a game. Neither looks very useful for that though.

Praetor's Grasp - I'm on the fence about this. Can steal Food Chain right outta Prossh or just nab a Sol Ring or a real tutor from another deck, and those are the worst case scenarios. Gotta find a spot and test it out.

Regrowth - In case Magus of the Will turns out to be too slow. Or maybe just leave it up to Noxious Revival?

Night's Whisper - Just another draw spell. Haven't really used it but I've heard it's good for DD.

Beast Within - Just another way to deal with a problematic Eidolon of Rhetorics or GAAIV. I believe there's currently six(?) slots dedicated to interacting with the board like this.

Negate - Another counter. Doesn't hit everything, but does his a lot of what we're worried about in cEDH and his practically everything on the defensive end. Potentially getting in over the classic Counterspell due to being only one .

Notable Exclusions Show

Storm lines with Aetherflux Reservoir. The wheels are (mostly) out of budget, Yawgin and Intuition are outta budget, and most of the mana positive rocks are too. Just doesn't seem like it's worth doing halfway.

Full sets of fetches, shocks, and duals - Budget. I've added what I believe are the most important ones. Feel free to discuss a better land suite if you feel there is one.

Rainbow Lands like City of Brass, Mana Confluence, Reflecting Pool, and Forbidden Orchard - Say it together now...budget! I know these aren't particularly expensive, but I had to cut dollars somwhere and the mana base seems to be working really well. Fetch smart and counter Null Rod and you should be fine on colors. Some of the first things to be added going forward.

Win-Cons Show

Bomberman - Classic Auriok Salvagers + Lion's Eye Diamond for infinite mana. A little risky as you gotta discard your hand, but easy to pull off and LED works favorably with Doomsday too

Doomsday - Labman Piles. My favorite being along the line of:

There's lots of little nuances about this card, but it's pretty classic and easy to assemble. To get rolling it just needs Doomsday and any cantrip.

Isochron Scepter + Paradox Engine + 3+ mana in rocks/dorks. Infinite mana into Thrasios into deck into labman into draw into win.

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + 3+ mana in rocks/dorks. Infinite mana into Thrasios into deck into labman into draw into win.

Paradox Engine + Sensei's Divining Top + Thrasios, Triton Hero + 5+ mana in rocks/dorks. Draws the whole deck which allows to play into a game winning combo.

Ad Nauseam or Necropotence. Neither wins on it's own, but as long as you still have a decent chunk of life either one should get you enough pieces to throw together a win.

Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace . Draws the whole deck, and plummets your life total down to negative triple digits. If you have no leftover mana after casting them then (assuming you haven't cast these spells yet) Chrome Mox and Lotus Petal are the only free mana (#budget). Either one can cast Dark Ritual or Sol Ring and the other can provide blue mana for Labman. Then you either need two islands for Gush or another blue (produced pre Ad Naus) for a cantrip to win. If Night's Whisper works its way in then the rituals (Some combination of Dark, Cabal, and Sol Ring) will also do the trick without extra blue mana.
