This deck started as a budget, under $50 deck that relied on mostly Slivers' innate OPness and Primal Surge shenanigans for deck vomiting. That deck was originally built in 2013-14 and has since received a plethora of upgrades that have raised the price tag - including cards like Cavern of Souls going from $10 to $60-80 since then - but don't let that discourage you! You can still build a great budget sliver deck without the pricey cards. Here's a link to the revised budget version. And don't worry about your deck lacking power just because it's "budget." These are Slivers. They're broken. Break the game without breaking your wallet!
