Feel free to leave thoughts and suggestion! Especially for low cost creatures and cards that work well with Exsanguinate + Gray Merchant of Asphodel as well as maybe Sangromancer.

The thought behind this deck is to deal damage to everyone of my friends while playing casual, with around 3-6 people. The idea is to get pulse tracker early game so that my opponents life total slowly drains, then to protect myself I've chosen to put in 2x Dirty rats and 4x Vampire nighthawks. Finaly I will use Exsanguinate as well as Gray Merchant of Asphodel to give the final death blow. In case of emergencies I have choosen to put in some nice 5-7 drops as well as 4x Crypt Ghasts for mana fix.

However, I'm not sure about this decks synergi and what not so, what ever ideas you guys get, feel free to share them with me.
