The main idea of this deck is to ward off attackers long enough to combo out. Combos are Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion for infinite damage, Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond for a life gain / drain combo, and a trio of Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite + Kormus Bell + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to turn all lands into Swamps, then turn all swamps into 1/1 creatures, and having Elesh Norn -2/-2 killing them all. Alternately Kormus Bell + Linvala, Keeper of Silence + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth causing all lands to be swamps, making all swamps creatures and Linvala prevents your opponents from ever tapping their lands for mana.

Any ideas of how to make this deck better or tweak it into working more seamlessly would be greatly appreciated.
