You're alone in the night, crossing the forest.

Suddenly, you see a gently fire deep in the woods. "What may this be, so late in the night?" you think to yourself.Your lantern makes the shadows of the trees move eerily, as if there was something or someone behind them. Flickering light deep in the woods keeps drawing you closer and closer. Without noticing, you're surrounded be strange beings, who once were friendly Flamekin, but now grim fires consume their souls...

Hopefully you'll be in the mood after reading this little introduction, for this deck is mostly a flavour deck, rather than a real, competetive one. I love dark Flamekin and that's why I tried to build this deck mostly out of Lorwyn/Shadowmoor cards.

Main idea is to operate with your elementals, putting an -1/-1 counter on opponent's creatures while killing them with your own Flamekins.

Some synergies and other things:

1. Flamekin Harbinger, Incandescent Soulstoke and every elemental in this deck - tutor for elementals, make them cheaper and stronger - who doesn't love it!

2. Kulrath Knight, Necroskitter, Blowfly Infestation, Crumbling Ashes, Black Sun's Zenith + Everlasting Torment - ouch, that's some nasty control. You can even steal creatures! Also, Kulrath Knight is a nice blocker, helps you deal with nasty flying creatures (although he costs quite a lot) Everlasting Torment itself gives you quite a lot of control over what your opponents do

3. Throw Nova Chaser using Incandescent Soulstoke - swing for 10, sacrifice Nova Chaser using Rite of Consumption - bam, 20 damage done!
