@valendras I agree with all your suggestions. I think this deck could benefit from a lot of things being removed and others being added. But remember it's a budget deck.
Shrines are 50+ for the play set.

Devout Invocation is a 7drop....to expensive. Take it out.Lord of the Void and Necropolis Regent Come out for the same reason. That opens 3 spots for 3xRead the Bones Replace Serra Angel 's with Sin Collector and you're starting to get somewhere. Your CMC will drop, which will make the deck run smoother

You're counting on having a turn 4 Crypt Ghast which, even as a 3 of, isn't always going to happen. Also, even if you get those cards out early, they can still just be hit with a removal spell. Chances are a 7 drop creature will only get in 1 hit before it's answered. Draw power, and discard spells are REALLY powerful. I'd personally rather resolve a Sin Collector then get 7 damage in any day. The only creature you have right now that I would bother to pay 4 mana to whip back is Lifebane Zombie because of A) 3 damage in thanks to intimidate, and B) Enters the battlefield effect. This is why I think you need an Obzedat, Ghost Council

Okay, thank you so much for the advice! I'm changing it up as we speak. I'm trying hard to get my hands on an Obzedat, Ghost Council , but of course nobody wants to trade away such an awesome card.
