Swapped Akroma, Angel of Wrath for Hero of Bladehold
Shouldn't a voltron deck have a creature at the helm, not a planeswalker?

in theory, yes, but the planeswalker in question makes creatures that auto equip and can recur equipment. I lose out on commander damage but gain versatility.

You can add Nahiri as one of the 99 for said versatility, but the strength of voltron decks come from the fact that they can win through commander damage. If you are concerned about getting your equipment destroyed, Argivian Archaeologist , Buried Ruin , and Trading Post are very good ways of recurring artifacts, Trading Post is especially good if you decide on running Kemba or Brimaz. Use Fountain Watch , and Leonin Abunas as ways to protect your artifacts. Nahiri is a bad "voltron" commander.

@cian114 Then I'll remove the voltron tag. The deck is staying with Nahiri as the general. I don't need to worry about returning from the grave if she's always there. I don't care about commander damage, the deck as is is fun and wins fairly often. My current issue is how to deal with Return to Dust and Merciless Eviction .
Plus If I switched her, I'd have to find cards to remove to add the grave recursion.

@MyPreciousGollum If I remember right, that's too expensive to be worth it, but I'll try it out. Plus my general can recur equipment.

@kendanc they LOVE to steal cards from other players. Homeward Path stops that shenanigans. It's almost an auto-include in any EDH deck.

I cut her because no amount of tokens really mattered. Plus Kozilek, Butcher of Truth seemed like an upgrade.

How about an Extraplanar Lens in your deck? Works like a Gauntlet of Power and Caged Sun. Seems like a nice fit. I'll be running similar.
