Planeswalker (2)

Instant (1)

We are trying to snowball out of control. This deck wants to sit idly and activate Thrasios, Triton Hero in your last opponents end step as much as we can get away with. But if something happens and we need to respond we have the answers in our hand, hopefully. This means we are playing a responsive control deck that doesn't want to do anything but can do everything. But this deck is built around building more and more mana production and card drawing capacity. That is the aim of this deck and opening hands should give us this kind of game. If your opening hand doesn't contain some form of mana ramp, mulligan. But we are not completely idle, Akiri, Line-Slinger is quite busy applying pressure on your opponents face. If one opponent has a Sylvan Library in play use the kor soldier to decrease their life total. She is also quite good vs Tymna the Weaver from having vigilance.

Divergent Transformations

This deck contain only two creatures Auriok Salvagers and Trinket Mage . If you cast this red spell targeting your own two commanders you will put these two creatures in play from your deck. Now on ETB Trinket Mage will trigger and find Lion's Eye Diamond . Now you have assembled the Bomberman combo gaining infinite mana.

for this combo to work you need partner commanders or a commander that produce tokens. If you go for partnets you wanna have a low CMC cost on those commanders. And you need red color identity. Akiri, Line-Slinger is perfect here. She is red. She cost only 2 mana. And we can fill our deck with artifacts and use her a a back up plan.

Paradox Engine

This might be the safest and most stable wincon in the deck. This untaping machine is a one card combo for this deck with Thrasios, Triton Hero . If you have a bunch of rocks tap them. Active you Simic fish and draw a card. Use the scry ability to avoid lands. Cast whatever you get and get the paradox trigger to untap all your rocks. Repeat until you figure something out. You will draw you entier deck from this.

To make this work we need a low CMC overall of all the cards inside this deck, why? Simple! If you have rocks that produce 5 mana you need mana to draw a card from Thrasios, Triton Hero . We are now left with one mana. If that card you draw cost or more mana, it all ends. Yes this is a one card combo, but it can fisle. To make sure we don't fail, we aim our build at having active control cards like Lightning Bolt . A card that cost only and can be caster just like that. You can't cast Counterspell out of the blue you need a target for it.

But this combo is putting anouther deck building construction demand on us. Few lands! The more lands you have in this deck the higher chans of fisle/fail when you are trying to go for the paradox combo run. And for this time machin to work we need rocks to tap for atleast togheter. That means our deck need to contain a lot of rocks. This means that we need to do a set up. Build an mana producing industri. Now this kind of strategi and gameplan is also going to make Akiri, Line-Slinger becoms naturly really big. She often has the potential of killing opponents just from commander damage.

Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter

This is a typical two card combo that gives us infinit mana.

Power Artifact and Basalt Monolith or Grim Monolith

This is a typical two card combo that will give us infinit mana. The activation cost to untap the big rock will drop to 1 mana. This means it will tap for more mana then it cost to untap it. Creating a loop where you are netting one mana. Both rocks are great inside this deck anyways.

Defense of the Heart

I don't have this card inside my deck currently but I would like to meantion it anyways. This enchantment will find two creatures and put them into play. Auriok Salvagers and Trinket Mage . Now on ETB Trinket Mage will trigger and find Lion's Eye Diamond . Now you have assembled the Bomberman combo gaining infinite mana.

With infinit mana?

So when you have infinite mana Thrasios, Triton Hero can draw the entire deck. At this point, you could win the game in a lot of different ways. I have two cards that I usually go for. I never have both in my deck, but here we go.

Blind Obedience , ass long as you have more spells in your hand (deck) then the highest life total of one of your opponents. This is lethal. We can extort kill all opponents. It's not going to go infinite. But you only need to win. It dosesn't matter if it is by an inch or a mile. But it could be infinite. You could assemble Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter . This is infinite spells casted.

Ghirapur AEther Grid , we can use this red enchantment to kill all opponents if we can get untaps on our artifacts somehow. We can do this by assembling Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter . But also if we have Paradox Engine in play. Every time you cast a spell (we have a lot of those) you get an untap effect on your stones. This isn't going to go infinite. But we can reach a tremendous high amount of damage.

But I guess at this point ones creativity limites the posibilitys.

Braid of Fire

This red enchantment was printed back when mana burn existed. If you don't know what mana burn was let me tell you. Floating mana that you didn't use dealt damage to you when you shifted into a new phase. When that rule dissaperd this card became really intreassting. The cost is to gain mana which is weird for cumulative upkeep. It was printed with the intent that you could use it with other cummultiv upkeep cost cards. Like Mystic Remora for example. Now we can use it with that. But we can also use the massiv mana we gain to activate Thrasios, Triton Hero at the upkeep.

The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale

This stax land dosn't affect us that much. This deck only wanna have two creatures in play, our two partnet commanders. And this deck is building huge ammount of mana countinusly, so we can pay for this tax. So its a great card to slow down or opponents mana dorks while we keep getting further ahead. It is probobly a auto include for the deck I am afried.

Ghirapur AEther Grid

With existence of the artifact counter Stony Silence and Null Rod this red enchantment still makes good use of all our artifacts. Akiri, Line-Slinger is also such a card that doesn't care if your artifacts doesn't do anything. She still packs a punch. But with a hugh artifact industri Ghirapur AEther Grid can cause terrible, terrible damage. No dork is safe. But with Paradox Engine we can slo go infinit. Or not infinit but this card could replace Blind Obedience . You could play both or none of them. Depends on your own preferences and your meta.

Chain of Vapor

This is everything we need. Showcasing this card is explaining a lot of what card this deck is looking for. This is a cost spell that can interact with our opponents in instant speed. But druing our own Paradox Engine combo run we can use this blue spell to return our own mana rocks. WHY? so we can recast them and get more paradox triggers. But we can also sacrifice our own lands to return more rocks. We don't care about our lands we are going to win this turn. Sac all you lands!

Dack Fayden

This is a great planeswalker for a deck like this. Stealing an random whatever mana rock for in sorcery speed is alright. In mirror matchups vs other PST deck this is actually great! Sometimes that kind of slow grind is the right play. Also he can draw some cards and potentially steal more artifacts. Akiri, Line-Slinger is also capable of protecting our izzet thife.

Thran Turbine

Its not affected by Stony Silence or Null Rod . To big time counters to this deck. With this cost artifact we get in our upkeep that we can use to activate Thrasios, Triton Hero to dig for cards. It's not Sol Ring but close. It dosen't do anything during our Paradox Engine combo run. But I think I will recommend this Thran artifact from the past anyways.

Karn, Scion of Urza

is quite a lot. But this walker is a good back up vs Null Rod and Stony Silence . The card draw is weak but still a card draw effect, great when Thrasios, Triton Hero is having a hard time. But the tokens that karn will creat is a great plan B inside this deck. this deck is really heavy on artifacts. Those tokens will swing hard. They also buff Akiri, Line-Slinger .

Sunforger

When we unequip this hammer we can search and cast Enlightened Tutor from our deck and put Paradox Engine on top of our deck. But we can also use this hammer with a control/card draw purpose. We can cast cards like Izzet Charm - Hallowed Moonlight - Lightning Bolt ETC.

But the +4/+0 is also something. Akiri, Line-Slinger will hammer punch quite hard. With this thing. But there is one huge problem.

Toying around with this hammer cost a lot of mana. To cast it, equip and throw on the same turn will cost . In other words this is a slow tutor just to get paradox engien. The main reason you should include it is to get another tutor for paradox engine. A expensive tutor with a toolbox upside.

Najeela, the Blade-Blossom

All you need is two artifact in play an Akiri, Line-Slinger and the big boss warrior will never attack at you. This means she will preassure other player instead of you. Also we don't play black, no Ad Nauseam or Necropotence meaning that there isen't a need to decreas or life. We do have a Sylvan Library but that is it. Najeela will most likly hit your other opponents. You can join in on that. But don't let the tokens get too many.

All cEDH TV decks

I have a deck folder for all my decks I have made if you wanna look around for other ideas. I play close to every commander and strange gameplan. So there is a bunch of different decks in that folder. I have other more organized smaller folders of specific concepts too. But this folder simply contain everything I have ever made. Its a good place if you only wish to scroll around for inspiration.

Najeela decks

Five colored warrior boss! The blade lady is by fare my favorit commander. You can build so many different decks with here that I have a bunch. In this folder you will find all my Najeela decks I have. But you will also find my Najeela Primer. Wihch isen't a deck but an artical about her. Mostly what cards to play and not to play.
