The premise of the deck is absolute chaos, with a hint of devilish planning that may occasionally actually get you the win.

Though Kess, Dissident Mage is listed as the Commander, the deck also works with Mairsil, the Pretender as Commander. In truth, the Commander of the deck does not matter so long as the color identity is Black, Blue, and Red, those two cards just have abilities that allow you to take advantage of the cards that will inevitably wind up in your grave.

This deck is best when played with multiple people that you can mess with all at once.
