Play tested several times with no mulligan and consistently got the combo off by turn 10 or 11 but you should be able to get it off earlier.

The combo is to have Eldrazi Displacer + Brood Monitor and then any of the following Altar of the Brood / Blood Artist / Zulaport Cutthroat and the rest is pretty self explanitory
