Anje turns your pain into her pleasure! She's ready to wheel and deal some massive spells and nasty creatures, so make sure to be ready. Originally a Malfegor deck, the release of commander 2019 brought us Anje Falkenrath. While Malfegor gives you access to a quasi board wipe whenever you want, Anje's discard is not only more controlled, but also helps you maintain your hand. On top of this, any madness cards would be difficult to use with Malfegor due to his higher CMC. This meant a shift from almost all of the hellbent cards and adding even more madness cards. I also updated many of the cards in the deck that were in the old frame to their shinier, newer versions. I hope these changes will result in an overall more consistent and focused deck.
