Work in progress, but the plan is to kill opponents hand count and make them pay for top decking like with Liliana's Caress. Cheap enchantments to make discarding or having less than 2 cards do damage, and sorcery's that can help clear boards and damage as well. Stronghold Rats can make discarding against multiple opponents possible each turn, and Abyssal Nocturnus can get pumped up from Wrench Mind. Late we can sack lands for final hits with Raven's Crime. Its both cheap in mana and cash
