The idea is very simple.

Use manadorks to get Colossus of Akros or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon out as fast as possible.

Liliana Vess is to be used solely to tutor cards to the top of the library.

There is some interruption in the form of Thoughtseize, and some destruction in the form of Hero's Downfall and In Garruk's Wake.

Garruk, Apex Predator and Ob Nixilis, Unshackled can be used as deterents, by making deathtouch Creatures and ramping up with each Creature death.
