This is a budget deck that uses Stormchaser Mage as a wincon, combining it with excellent card cycling to get the pieces you need to win.

The combo is to give a Stormchaser Mage double strike with Uncaged Fury and pumping it with Built to Smash.

The combo can all be done at instant speed if they have no way to block your flyer. Alternatively Key to the City can make Stormchaser Mage unblockable.

Turn Aside can protect the swinging Mage.

Contingency Plan, Cathartic Reunion and Contingency Plan let you skip anything you don't want to draw and enables delirium for Scour the Laboratory.

Curious Homunculus   flips super fast and once flipped acts as great blocker vs aggro decks.

The deck can win on turn 4 by playing Turn 2 Stormchaser Mage -> Turn 3 Cryptolith Fragment   -> Uncaged Fury + double Built to Smash which leads to 22 damage in the air.
