Mill/UB Contol idea. Trying to make a good standard tournament deck for local FNM play. Want to have it be a control deck but with such good mill cards for Dimir thought I would try and make it a Mill/Control. The idea is to control the board in order to mill with Jace and Consuming while damage with Duskmantle Guildmage.

I would love ideas on how to build on this deck and also what your thoughts are on Mill/UB Control. Should I stick with simply a control deck that contains more counters and kills and simply uses Aetherlings in order to finish the player off, with Stolen Identity. Maybe I have a good idea with Mill/Control. Thoughts and comments wanted and needed.
